Straight to your bag.
Three steps from listing to handshake.
List or ask
Sellers post clubs with photos and specs. Buyers ask questions in the open — everyone sees the answer, so there are no spam DMs.
Pay into escrow
The buyer pays and TradeSafe holds the funds. Only then does a private chat open to arrange the meet-up.
Meet & release
At the meet-up the buyer inspects the club and hands over a release code. The seller enters it and the money is released.
Trust isn't a feature. It's the foundation.
Escrow-protected
Funds sit safely with TradeSafe until the code is exchanged at the meet-up.
No spam DMs
Questions are public on the listing. Private chat only opens after payment.
Member trust scores
Every member earns a score from real deals, ratings and verification.
Free to list
No listing fees and no subscription — just a small buyer-protection fee at checkout.
The things everyone asks.
Still not sure how a deal works end to end? The full walkthrough covers escrow, release codes and trust scores.
Read how it worksIs it free to list a club?
Yes. Listing is free, there's no subscription, and you keep your full asking price. ClubHub's only charge is the buyer-protection fee added at checkout and paid by the buyer — 6.5% of the price plus R19.90.
How does escrow actually protect me?
When a buyer pays, the money goes to TradeSafe, a regulated South African escrow provider — not to ClubHub and not to the seller. The seller can see the funds are secured, but nobody can touch them until the buyer hands over their release code at the meet-up.
What if the club isn't what was described?
Don't hand over the release code — nothing is released until you do. Within seven days of paying you can cancel the deal and be refunded in full, or raise a dispute and ClubHub will step in and review it.
Do the buyer and seller have to meet in person?
Yes. A deal completes when the buyer inspects the club and hands over their release code face to face. That's the whole point — you see exactly what you're buying before any money moves.
How do I get paid as a seller?
Add your banking details in settings and finish payout setup — a buyer can't check out on your listing until that's done. When they give you their release code at the meet-up and you enter it, TradeSafe releases the escrowed funds to your account.
Can I make an offer instead of paying the asking price?
Yes. Send an offer on any listing and the seller can accept, counter or decline it. Offers stay live for seven days, and an accepted offer takes you straight to escrow checkout at the agreed price.
Will I get spammed with messages?
No. Questions are asked publicly on the listing so everyone sees the answer, and a private chat only opens between the two people in a deal once escrow is funded. There are no cold DMs on ClubHub.
What can I sell on ClubHub?
Individual clubs — drivers, fairway woods, hybrids, irons, wedges and putters — plus full sets and golf bags. A set goes up as a single listing carrying each club's own specs.
